Right of withdrawal 

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the goods in their original condition, bearing the shipping and return costs. This deadline starts from the delivery of the goods. In case the consumer exercises the right to withdraw, the supplier has the obligation to return the amount paid by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days, except for the shipping and return costs.

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • It refers to a product for which a personalized order has NOT been placed, such as rings, or alterations or special orders, or is available on request, or is on sale, or is on special offer, or a product that is not in our catalogue.
  • Fill in and send the relevant withdrawal form that is provided to him when placing the order.
  • The product has not been worn or used beyond the test, no pieces have been removed from the bracelet of the terminals and no modifications have been made to the jewellery.
  • The tags of the store Oliveum and the product labels have not been removed or damaged in any way.
  • Return all accompanying documents of the product, such as the warranty, instructions for use, and proof of purchase.
  • The product is shipped in the packaging in which it was received.
  • An email is sent within 48 hours of product delivery to the address info@orodivino.gr with the indication “Return” and with reference to the order code.
  • If the product comes with a gift, it must be returned with the product.
  • Refunds will not be given in cases where there is a change card.
  • Return to any type of earring is not possible for hygiene reasons

When more things have been sold and only some of them are wrong or defective or do not have the agreed properties, the right of replacement or withdrawal is limited to them.

The shop Oliveum bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during return transport.

In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete the Oliveum. The store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally make a partial offset of this claim against the customer’s claim.

In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products. Please be informed that Oliveum does not bear any responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after use and in no case is obliged to replace them. Only the dealership itself is responsible for the replacement and any form of repair of products. For the best service of our customers, our company undertakes the transport and receipt of products for repair to and from the respective dealership. In this case the costs of each shipment are borne by our customers.

Right of return/replacement 

In case of actual flaw or lack of contracted quality, the buyer is alternatively entitled without charge to a) product repair orb) product replacement or c) price reduction proportional to the defect, or d) withdrawal from the sale.

The consumer has the right to demand without charge the correction or replacement of the product if:

  • The order is executed incorrectly, i.e. an item other than the one ordered or the wrong quantity or a defective product or damaged inner packaging is delivered.
  • The consumer should contact the store within 48 hours of receiving the product on the phone 2265 400190 or by email info@oliveum.gr, in order to point out the problem and approve its return.
  • If it is a product that does not correspond to the order, it must not have been used and must be in its packaging in the condition received.
  • In any case, the product must be returned with all original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, warranty, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are made by the postal company that will indicate the store to customers and at the expense of the store, only in cases of incorrect order or sending a defective product in any other case the return and shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Shipping methods

– For all of Greece: 

Shipments within Greece have no shipping cost for 150 euro and above. The courier company we work with is ACS COURIER, with the largest distribution network in Greece. In the rare case that the area you live is not covered by the ACS Courier network, the store Oliveum will send you your order by other means, again without shipping cost. In cases of order of large weight or volume, the products will be sent by transport and collected by the transport company.

Your orders are shipped in 1-6 working days. In some cases where the availability of products is different (indicated on the product) you will be notified of the exact delivery date. In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you in order to let us know if you wish to complete it.

Please note that for distances of more than 20 km from cities where there is a courier headquarters and on some remote islands there may be an additional delay in delivery.

*Your order cannot change delivery address once it has left our company.
*All orders require a signature from the recipient upon delivery.
*In case the courier does not find you at the address you provided, he will leave you a note to contact him and arrange a new delivery time.
*Orders within Greece are delivered from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (depending on the delivery area)
*If you wish to pick up your order from a courier store, please select it on the order page or contact us to inform you about the nearest store.

Within same city: 4,00€ up to two kilos | 1,00€ for every additional kilo
Within the same region: 4,00€ up to two kilos | 1,00€ for every additional kilo
Mainland: 4,00€ up to two kilos | 1,00€ for every additional kilo
Islands: 4,00€ up to two kilos | 1,00€ for every additional kilo
Difficult to access areas: 4,00€ up to two kilos | 1,00€ for every additional kilo

Means of payment 

By bank transfer.
You can choose a bank of your convenience for you to deposit the amount of your order. On the bank’s deposit slip you must state your full name and order number in the message accompanying the transfer.
